Answers:

1. What is the size kits that you sell?

A. Each kit is packaged differently (for example, equine pregnancy has 2 pouches and each pouch has a separate test).

2. Can any of these kits be used for other tests?

A. Some of the kits CAN be used for other species. Our instruction sheets included within the packages will provide this information.

3. How much serum sample is needed for a test?

A. Each Elisa kit requires you to use either 50ul or 100µl of serum per well.

4. How do we store the ordered products?

A. Most of the components of our products are stored at 4-8°C, but we suggest checking the instruction sheet for each product.

5. Can we use Credit cards when ordering?

A. Not at present.

6. How do you ship the products?

A. We use UPS and FedEx for shipping. All international orders are shipped FedEx.

7. How many days does it require for shipping?

A. It usually takes O/N for UPS within USA.
